NCL's medication adherence campaignNearly three out of four Americans admit they do not always take their medications as directed, but failure to take medications as instructed isn’t just an individual’s problem; it impacts all of us — as patients, caregivers, employers, health care practitioners, researchers, and tax payers.

Adherence Campaign

The National Consumers League (NCL), with planning funds from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), is organizing a groundbreaking, national multi-media campaign to improve public health by raising consumer awareness of the importance of good medication adherence. The campaign involves a broad cross-section of public and private stakeholders.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for the third medication adherence campaign stakeholder meeting on July 20, 2010 at the AARP’s Brickfield Center in Washington, DC.
